دور الجامعات السعودية في تعزيز الابتكار الاجتماعي وتفعيله لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة: دراسة نوعية من وجهة نظر مسؤولي الابتكار الاجتماعي بالجامعات

هدفت هذه الدراسة النوعية إلى استكشاف دور الجامعات السعودية في دعم وتفعيل الابتكار الاجتماعي بما يعزز تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، وذلك من خلال تحليل ميداني لآراء مسؤولي الابتكار الاجتماعي في الجامعات الحكومية. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج البحث النوعي باستخدام أداة المقابلة النصف موجهة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قصدية مكونة من (11) مشاركًا يمثلون جامعات من مختلف مناطق المملكة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الجامعات السعودية تمارس أدوارًا متقدمة في مجال الابتكار الاجتماعي، تشمل تأسيس وحدات متخصصة، وتضمين مفاهيم الابتكار في المناهج الدراسية، وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية ومبادرات مجتمعية تخدم أهداف التنمية المستدامة، مع تركيز واضح على قضايا البيئة، التعليم، الصحة، والمساواة. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود تحديات بنيوية تواجه هذا الدور، أبرزها غموض المفهوم وضعف الوعي المؤسسي، نقص الكفاءات الأكاديمية المتخصصة، محدودية التمويل، وضعف الشراكات المجتمعية، وغياب إطار وطني موحد للابتكار الاجتماعي الجامعي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات العملية التي تدعو إلى صياغة إطار تنظيمي وطني، وتأسيس مراكز متخصصة، وتطوير المحتوى المعرفي العربي، وتعزيز التمويل والشراكات، وإدماج الابتكار الاجتماعي في استراتيجيات التعليم الجامعي بشكل ممنهج ومستدام.

Abstract
This qualitative study aimed to explore the role of Saudi universities in supporting and activating social innovation to enhance the achievement of sustainable development goals in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This was accomplished through an empirical analysis of the views of social innovation officials in public universities. The study employed a qualitative research methodology using semi-structured interviews, applied to a purposive sample of (11) participants representing universities from various regions of the Kingdom. The results indicated that Saudi universities are playing advanced roles in the field of social innovation, including the establishment of specialized units, integrating innovation concepts into curricula, and implementing training programs and community initiatives that serve sustainable development goals, with a clear focus on issues related to the environment, education, health, and equality. The findings also revealed structural challenges facing this role, most notably the ambiguity of the concept, weak institutional awareness, a shortage of specialized academic competencies, limited funding, weak community partnerships, and the absence of a unified national framework for university social innovation. In light of these results, the study provided a set of practical recommendations calling for the formulation of a national regulatory framework, the establishment of specialized centers, the development of Arabic knowledge content, the enhancement of funding and partnerships, and the systematic and sustainable integration of social innovation into higher education strategies.
